After passing a theory test, trainees will receive 120 hours/15 days of behind-the-wheel training for hands-on experience. Upon completion of the program, trainees will have earned their CDL-A.

The Driver Academy Finishing Program is designed for new CDL-A drivers with less than 2 years on road experience. Instruction includes 54 hours of hands on training to provide the knowledge and skills needed to fully prepare drivers to perform independently behind the wheel.
· On-the-Job Training
Drivers who pass finishing training will receive their employment offer from an Amazon Freight Partner and start solo driving with Amazon loads.
