As a leading provider in designing and manufacturing heavy equipment for the maritime and mining industries since 1858, we pride ourselves on delivering quality solutions backed by exceptional customer service.   Position Overview The Program Coordinator supports the PMO with various tasks, including change management and estimate development, communications and documentation control, reporting responsibilities, targeted analysis and process improvements.    Coordinators act directly in support of a Project or Program Manager resource for the projects they are assigned to, and often supports ad hoc requests and issue resolution at the PM’s direction.  Coordinators are expected to be good communicators and problem solvers and will need to support different functional groups during contract execution.  The valuable insight and experience learned supporting these complex programs is a direct path into Program Management roles and responsibilities.   Responsibilities   - Compilation of program cost and progress data supporting the Program Managers in conducting program reviews and status meetings – both internal and external. - Preparation and filing of internal and external program documentation and communications (both hardcopy and electronical). - Collation of content for regular internal and external reporting deliverables. - Maintenance and distribution of action item lists and other team support as required. - Supporting project financial activities, which may include cost analysis, scope change estimates, and tracking scope management requests contractually. - Ad hoc analysis and one-off projects may be assigned based on specific project needs or issues. Civil Engineer (Journeyman)  - Construction Mountain Home, ID Salary Range: $120K- $123K On-site   Position Overview: The Construction Engineer (Journeyman) will support the AFCEC's mission by performing a broad range technical review and advisory/assistance for AFCEC design and construction projects across the Air Force. The Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC) is responsible for providing responsive, flexible full-spectrum installation engineering services. AFCEC’s missions include facility investment planning, design and construction, operations support, real property management, energy support, environmental compliance and restoration, and audit assertions, acquisition, and program management. The unit conducts its operations at more than 75 locations worldwide.  Must be a US citizen.    RequiredExperience and knowledge: - 5-10 years' experience in military construction. - Must possess strong understanding and working knowledge of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), DoD and AF policies, processes, and procedures as military; Knowledge and familiarity with related fields of work such as architectural, mechanical, structural, environmental, and electrical engineering sufficient to manage a multi-disciplined - At least 5 years of relevant civil facility design/project management experience most of which must be in pavements (airfield, roads, parking) - 5-7 years of experience in Air Force or Department of Defense facility and infrastructure construction project management.   - Must possess strong understanding and working knowledge of Air Force Civil Engineer operational mission support and military design and construction program requirements. - Must possess strong organizational and project management skills including demonstrated skills in design and construction project scope, financial, schedule, quality, - and risk management - Strong understanding and working knowledge of the government procurement policies, process and procedures related to federal (non-A&AS) Architect/Engineer (A/E) design, A/E services and construction contracts. - Read and understand CAD drawings, old blueprints, and facility/project specifications. - Knowledge and skilled in Microsoft Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is required. - Must successfully pass a federal background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
