Pool Technician: Cleveland, Ohio
• PARTICIPATE INTUESDAY MORNING MANDATORY CONSTRUCTION
MEETINGS 8AM DURING BUILD SEASON
• Report to Construction Manager
• Monitor the progress of all projects under construction that you are assigned.
• Report to Scheduler job status and when the job is ready for next phase.
• Complete all checklists for assigned jobs and return to office for scanning
• Take
• Accept pool deliveries from Latham-ensure pool is correct per plan: model,
color, holes and fittings installed correctly and accessories are delivered
(lights). If not make notes and inform office immediately.
• Accept equipment and plumbing deliveries from suppliers and make sure all
items are on site prior to dig. Deliveries to job site or warehouse
• Complete Site Checklist: Making sure pool is built per plans: Shell, proper
location orientation and elevation on site plan prior to dig. Equipment pad
location & pool staked out, make sure all supplies and equipment are
organized properly.
• Be present for all major phases to check against current plans. (especially day
of dig, shell install, deck form.
• Jobsite cleanliness- keep job site clean and organized throughout process.
Remove boxes, trash, debris, plumbing cuts etc.
• Communicating with subcontractors crews.
• Communicating with customers-you are their point of contact not
subcontractors
• Inform office of any change orders and contract addendum requested by
customer- addendum are sent to customers online from Office.
• On occasion will pick up checks, payments are preferred online.
• If assigned: those with proper experience and training: plumbing, pump pads
start ups and pool school.
• If assigned Pool Schools for customers: Must have customer fill out Report
Cards.
we will have a chat room for each job. This will be the best way to
communicate to scheduler and office.
• Organize and clean warehouse as needed
• Inform supervisor if inventory is running low so we can resupply
