Full Job Description:

Amerimed EMS (an ambulance service) is seeking a customer service oriented, self-motivated, organized professional to join our Patient Accounts team. Ideally, this person should have experience in collections with advanced customer service skills. The candidate needs to have a mature work ethic, display exceptional professionalism, and be well spoken both written and verbally. This candidate must be able to work independently within guidelines to meet established goals and timelines. The candidate must be efficient, excel at time management, and be computer proficient (especially with Excel).

Primary Job Function Summary:

Create and provide invoices to all contracted customers

Ensuring invoices are billed accurately according to the contract

Correspond with contracted customers in regard to any questions

Focus heavily on calling for invoices to be paid

Maintain good relationships with contracted customers
