We are searching ffor a dedicated professional to join our team, performing mobile veterinary ultrasounds across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This unique opportunity begins with training to learn the technique on animals with the transition into a full-time position  as we expand our veterinary hospital client base.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS).
  • Graduation from a CAAHEP Accredited program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
  • A passion for working with animals and a willingness to learn veterinary ultrasound.
  • Enjoyment of driving and ability and willingness to cover a large service area.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cardiac ultrasound exams and ECGs on small animals at various veterinary hospitals and clinics.
  • Travel to client locations, covering a broad territory within Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
  • Receive specialized training to adapt human sonography skills to veterinary applications, focusing on animal-specific pathologies.
