Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Communicating with prospective and existing accounts to understand their needs and demonstrate strategic recommended solutions for both current and potential staffing needs.
- Introducing company Solutions (products and services) to current and prospective clients with the goal of developing/expanding relationships.
- Coordinating sales negotiations with Staffing Leadership Team.
- Maintaining records of all client sales activities and follow-up requirements by utilizing technology
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of the company's brand through advertising and public relations activities (ie. direct mailings, promotional programs, job fairs, and as a member of civic organizations).
- Serving as a liaison to resolve billing and/or service issues on the client’s behalf.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of one year outside sales experience.
- General knowledge of marketing/sales techniques.
- Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Presentation and negotiation skills required.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
