Federal/Government Recruiter

Position Overview:

Provide leadership, support, and vision during the process of acquiring and placing applicants to meet the staffing needs of the company and shares responsibility for reducing turnover within the company by staffing positions with quality candidates that meet the criteria of the positions.

Experience Required:

• Previous Recruiting Military International (OCONUS) experience is required.

• Must have experience recruiting for the US Marine Corps, Navy and Air Force.
• Must have previous experience with the Department of Justice and the International Labor Affairs Bureau.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Knowledge of compensation and employment regulations for federal contracting.
• High volume recruiting experience is preferred.
• Recruiting within the Humanitarian space is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment required.
• Ability to write effective job descriptions and post to targeted job boards. 
• Ability to effectively communicate compensation and benefit plans.
