LPN Hourly Rate: $30 - $34/hour (before differentials)
Schedule: 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, or 7pm-7am

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions
- Medication administration
- Knowledge of or ability to learn delivery of detox protocols (COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients per protocol)
- Provide medication education to clients
- Coordinate and support Medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments
- Maintain medical equipment in proper working order; maintain confidentiality and proper boundaries
- Other duties as assigned
