Detox and Residential facility offers detox for adults in Duncansville, PA and surrounding Blair County areas. This center also offers individualized inpatient rehab for adults suffering from addiction and/or co-occurring mental health disorders.

HOURLY RATE: $33 - $38/hour (before differentials)

SCHEDULE: 8-hour (3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am)  OR 4-10s (2pm-12am Thurs to Sun)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Properly communicates and guides LPN’s in client care responsibilities and assignments
• Complete initial Nursing Assessment with new admissions
• Medication administration and education to clients
• Knowledge and delivery of withdraw management protocols where applicable (Complete COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients)
• Coordinate and support Medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments
• Maintain medical equipment in proper working order
• Other duties as assigned.

Licensure, Education, & Experience:

• Current unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania required.
• Background or experience in a behavioral health treatment setting preferred
• Background in Substance Use Treatment and Co-occurring Disorders preferred.
